NAVIGO’s process starts with a request for information (RFI) send to community and state economic development agencies requesting suitable proposals (sites). We process, review and evaluate this information and make the results accessible to our clients. The next steps will involve a mix of in-person interviews and site visits. After the initial review, and evaluation during interviews and site visits, our clients select shortlisted communities. We compare relevant costs, types of taxation and optimize the projected P&L statements for different these sites.
Once we have identified the top sites for our clients, we will enter Incentive negotiation, which will lead to the final site selection decision made by our clients’ executive team.
